What we collect, and what we do with it.

This is written in plain English because a privacy policy nobody can read protects nobody.

What we collect

When you request a teardown or send a message, we keep what you typed: your name, business, website address, email, phone, and whatever you wrote in the message field. If you call us, our phone system logs the number and the time, and may record the call for our own notes. If call tracking is running, the number you dialed tells us which page or sign you found us through.

We may use a privacy respecting analytics tool to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not identify you personally and it does not follow you to other sites.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to write your teardown, and to do the work you hire us for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone who is not helping us deliver the work.

Who else touches it

• The customer relationship platform we use stores form submissions and runs our email and text follow up.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and sees the traffic to it.
• A call tracking provider, when it is active, logs and routes calls.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. Any cookie it sets is there to make the site work or to count visits anonymously.

Your rights

Ask, and we will tell you what we have on you, correct it, or delete it. Email is the fastest way.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date below will change with it.
