Websites, with local search built in

Websites that work on a phone in a parking lot.

Most small business and church websites were built once, by someone's nephew, in 2017. They load slowly, they look dated on a phone, and they do not ask anyone to call. Yours does not have to be one of them. And when someone in Columbia needs what you do, it should show up in Maps and in the AI answer, which is part of the same job.

Who this is for

Local service businesses, small shops, and churches with a site that was built years ago and never touched since. Auto repair, plumbing, HVAC, septic, restaurants, contractors, professional practices, and congregations of every size.

Also businesses that need the phone to ring from within thirty miles, and have noticed that customers now ask ChatGPT or Google's AI who the good electrician in Spring Hill is.

What is wrong now

  1. It was built once and abandoned. The hours are wrong, the phone number is an old one, and the photos are from before the remodel.

  2. It is slow. Most of your visitors are on a phone with two bars, and they leave before it finishes loading.

  3. It looks wrong on a phone. Text too small, buttons too close together, a menu that does not open.

  4. It does not ask for anything. No click to call, no form that goes anywhere, no way to book.

  5. It does not show up in Maps for your own trade in your own town, and when someone asks an AI for a recommendation it names three businesses and none of them is you.

What you get

Things you can picture, not benefits.

  • Custom design, not a template with the colors swapped.
  • Built on React and Vite. Fast, secure, and simple to host.
  • Mobile first, loading in under two seconds on a mid range phone.
  • Copy written for your business, not filled in from a generic industry file.
  • Local search built in: schema, titles, and service and location pages for the towns you actually serve.
  • GEO: structured content so the AI answer engines can find you, trust you, and cite you.
  • Conversion built in: click to call and a form that texts you.
  • Hosted fast, which is why it loads in under a second and why the monthly stays low.
  • Small changes handled by text message, done within a day.

Local search and GEO

Show up in Maps. Show up in the AI answer.

When someone in Columbia needs a plumber, they open Maps, or they ask an AI, and they call one of the first three names. Local search is the work of being one of those names. GEO, generative engine optimization, is the newer half of it: making sure the AI says your name too. The foundation is built into every site we make. The weekly work on the listing is the one add-on, from $225 a month.

ChatGPT, Google's AI answers, and Perplexity do not show ten blue links. They give one answer with two or three names in it. Being one of those names is worth more than a first page ranking ever was, and most local businesses have no idea it is happening.

The work is unglamorous. Clear pages that say plainly what you do and where. Structured data the machines can read. The same facts everywhere your business is listed. Real reviews from real customers. We report on it the same way we report on everything: did the phone ring.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Do I own the site?

The domain is yours, always. The site is ours while you rent it, and it comes down if you stop paying. Everything else about your business stays yours: the Google Business Profile, your phone number, your email, your photos. If you would rather own the site outright, we build those too, quoted from $3,500.

What if I already have a domain?

We use it. We move the DNS so the site is fast and free to host, and nothing about your email changes.

Can I update it myself?

You do not have to. Text us the new hours or the new photo and it is done within a day. That is what the monthly is for. Anything that changes the layout, we quote.

Why not Wix or Squarespace?

You could, and you would spend your Sunday nights fighting a template. For the monthly you get a site a person designed and wrote for your business, hosted fast, and kept current by someone you can text.

How long until I show up in Maps?

Map Pack movement usually starts inside sixty to ninety days of launch. Steady call volume takes longer. Anyone who promises faster is either lying or counting something that does not matter.

Can you guarantee rankings?

No. Nobody can, because nobody controls Google. Anyone who guarantees a ranking is lying to you, and you should ask them what happens when it does not work.

What is GEO and why should I care?

It is showing up when someone asks an AI instead of Google. Your customers are already doing it. Most of your competitors have not noticed, which is the opportunity.

What happens if I stop paying?

The site comes down at the end of the month. Your domain, your listing, and your phone number are unaffected. If you come back, we put it back up.

Your website is losing calls. Here is where.

Send us the address. We read the site, check Maps and the AI answers, and send back an honest list in plain English, whether or not you hire us. It costs you nothing.
