The short version, and the slightly longer one.
The short version: the teardown is free and it is our opinion. Monthly plans are governed by the pricing page, quoted work by the written proposal you accept. Nobody guarantees rankings.
The free teardown
The teardown is a written opinion about your website, prepared in good faith by a person who builds websites for a living. It is free, it is yours to keep, and it does not obligate you to anything. It is not a guarantee that following it will produce any particular result.
Paid work
Monthly plans are described on the pricing page: the build fee, the monthly, and what each includes. Paying the build fee accepts them. Quoted work is described in a written proposal that states the scope, the price, and the schedule, and that proposal, once accepted, is the agreement. Where either is silent, these terms apply. Where they disagree, the proposal wins.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee search rankings, call volume, or revenue, because nobody controls Google, the AI answer engines, or your customers. We do promise to do the work described, to measure what happened, and to tell you the truth about it.
Ownership
On a monthly plan, the domain is registered in your name and is yours. The website, its code, and its design belong to Sticky Mule and are licensed to you for as long as the monthly is paid. If it stops, the site is taken down at the end of that billing month. Your content, photos, business information, Google Business Profile, phone numbers, and email accounts are yours and are not affected. On a quoted owned build, the website, its code, and its content become yours when the project is paid for. Our own tools, templates, and know how stay ours and may be reused.
This site
The words, design, and engraved plates on this site belong to Sticky Mule Marketing & Automation or their respective owners. Read it, link to it, quote a line with credit. Do not copy pages of it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from this site or the free teardown is limited to zero, because you paid zero. For paid work it is limited to the amount you paid us for that work.
Governing law
Tennessee law applies, and disputes are handled in Maury County.
