AI consulting. On site or remote

What AI can actually do for your business.

Everyone is selling AI. Most of it is a chatbot with a new coat of paint. We come to your shop, or get on a call, look at how the work actually moves through your day, and tell you which parts a machine could take off your hands, which parts it should not touch, and what it would take.

Who this is for

Clinics, law and accounting offices, schools, churches, shops, and trades. Any organization with a few people and too much admin, whose evenings go to quoting, invoicing, follow up, scheduling, and paperwork.

Owners and directors who keep hearing about AI and want a straight answer from someone who is not selling a subscription. This practice is not tied to the marketing work and does not require any of it. On site in Middle Tennessee and beyond, or remote anywhere in the country.

What is wrong now

  1. You spend the evening on quotes, invoices, and emails that all say roughly the same thing.

  2. The same questions come in by phone, text, and email all day, and a person answers every one by hand.

  3. Someone tried an AI tool once, it made something up, and nobody trusted it again.

  4. You have no idea which of the hundred AI products matters for a business like yours, and no time to find out.

The AI audit

Four to six hours with you. A short report you can act on.

We spend four to six hours with you, in person or on a screen, walking through how work moves: how a lead comes in, how a job gets quoted, scheduled, done, invoiced, and followed up, and where the hours go. We write it down as we go.

Then you get a short written report: the five to ten places where a machine could take real work off a person, ranked by how much time it saves against how much it costs and how badly it could go wrong. And the places we would leave alone, with reasons. It is written in plain English, and it is yours whether or not you go further.

What we help you put in

The work that eats your evenings, handed to a machine that drafts and a person who approves.

  • Phones and front desk: calls answered and messages taken when nobody can pick up, and a text back when a call is missed.
  • Quotes and estimates: a draft written from a few notes and your own price list, ready for you to check and send.
  • Follow up: the second and third touch after a quote, an appointment reminder, a review request after the job, sent on time without anyone remembering.
  • Paperwork: invoices, intake forms, letters, and the emails you write ten times a week, drafted for you to approve.
  • Knowledge: your procedures, prices, and policies in one place a new hire or an assistant can ask questions of, instead of asking you.
  • Reporting: what came in, what got done, and what it made, in plain language every week, without anyone building a spreadsheet.
  • Training: your people shown how to use what we set up, with a written guide, and a check in after thirty days.

On site or remote

In your shop, or on a screen.

On site means we come to you. Most of the time that is Columbia, Maury County, and the rest of Middle Tennessee, but we have been to Maine and Washington State this year, and we go where the work is. We sit where your people sit, watch what actually happens when the phone rings, and set things up on your machines.

Remote means a scheduled call and a shared screen. It works for most of this, and it is how most jobs outside Middle Tennessee get done. Either way the audit, the plan, and the training are the same.

What we will not do

Four rules, so you know what you are getting.

  • We will not sell you AI for its own sake. If the honest answer is that a spreadsheet and a part time bookkeeper would serve you better, that is what the report will say.
  • We will not let a machine talk to your customers about anything that matters without a person able to step in.
  • We will not put your customer data anywhere we cannot explain to you in one sentence.
  • We will not leave you with a tool nobody on your team knows how to run.

How it works

What happens, and roughly when.

30days after handoff, we check what it actually did
  1. The audit

On site or on a screen. We watch how the work moves, then write down where a machine would help and where it would not.

Four to six hours, report within a week
  2. The plan

The two or three changes worth making first, what each one takes, and what it would cost. No tiers.

    One page
  3. The work

We set it up, connect it to what you already use, and test it with real calls and real jobs before it touches a customer.

    Two to four weeks
  4. The handoff

Your people trained, a written guide left behind, and a check in a month later to see what it actually did.

    Then thirty days on

What it costs

A starting number, and what moves it.

The audit is a fixed price, on site or remote, and it is the whole first step: four to six hours with you and the written report. No travel fee in Williamson or Maury County. Beyond that, mileage or actual travel expenses. What comes after is quoted from what the audit finds.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Do I need to already use AI for this to be useful?

No. Most clients have tried one tool, or none. The audit starts from how your business runs, not from any product.

Will you try to sell me the tools you set up?

The audit is written before any tool is chosen, and it names what we would use and why. Where we set something up, the account is in your name and you can leave whenever you like.

Is my customer information safe?

We tell you exactly where every piece of data goes, in one sentence per tool, before anything is switched on. If we cannot explain it that simply, we do not use it.

How is this different from your AI phone tools?

The phone tools are a fixed set: text back, answering, review requests. The consulting starts with no assumptions, looks at the whole business, and may end with those tools, or with something else entirely, or with the advice to change nothing.

How far will you travel?

Anywhere. This year that has included Maine and Washington State. Our focus is Middle Tennessee, and there is no travel fee in Williamson or Maury County. Farther out, most of the work can be done remote, and when it cannot, we come to you and bill mileage or actual travel expenses.
